Practice Areas:

Tyler Bugden represents individuals and companies in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts. Tyler maintains a robust pro bono practice? Advising pro se individuals at a local federal court clinic, and successfully representing clients in federal court.

Prior to joining the firm, Tyler spent two years clerking for federal judges, first for Judge Robert J. Shelby on the District of Utah, and then for Magistrate Judge Therese Wiley Dancks on the Northern District of New York. Tyler spent a year between the two clerkships successfully representing clients on appeal in New York. Tyler’s appellate work resulted in the reversal of three criminal convictions, two before the Appellate Division, Fourth Department, and another one before the Court of Appeals.

Public Service and Community Involvement:

  • Tyler is a member of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona’s Civil Litigation Panel. Tyler has been appointed to represent several pro se plaintiffs asserting violations of their civil rights. Tyler successfully obtained favorable settlements in each case.
