Michael Harnden

Attorney

Practice Areas:

Michael Harnden has dedicated his professional career to civil litigation and trial work. He focuses his practice on advocating for and defending his clients’ rights, reputations, and livelihoods. While everyone would prefer to be able to resolve their problems without the need for lawsuits or trial, some issues require a skilled, experienced, and aggressive advocate—and that is what Michael provides for each client. His broad background in litigation allows him to help clients with diverse backgrounds and needs.

Michael represents both individual and business clients in all aspects of litigation, from initial case evaluation through trial and appeals. He specializes in all aspects of trial work and reputational harms (online speech, defamation, invasion of privacy, etc.) but also handles a wide variety of cases including property disputes, contract litigation, consumer protection, partnership disputes, and other litigation matters.

When he’s not working hard for his clients, you’ll likely find Michael at the dog park with his golden retriever, Karma, under the water Scuba diving, coaching mock trial for local students, watching Arizona athletics, or feeling the roar of the crowd at a rock concert.
