Alexandra Tracy-Ramirez is both a litigator and a mediator who looks for practical, efficient, and sometimes creative solutions to her clients’ legal problems and conflicts. She has litigated cases in state and federal courts all across Arizona and Colorado if it was in her clients’ best interests to do so. She has also advised non-profit organizations, small business, school districts, and colleges and universities in their efforts to prevent and address conflicts before they lead to lawsuits.
Originally from Boston, Alexandra graduated from the University of Massachusetts and began a career in facilities management. It was her experiences as a maintenance worker and dispatcher that led her to develop an interest in employment law and ultimately to pursue a legal career.
When not in the office, Alexandra can often be spotted at outdoor patios in Tucson in the company of her rescue dog, a border collie named Elvis.
