Practice Areas:

Alan’s practice focuses in litigation, probate and estate planning, and commercial litigation. In 2020, Alan joined Farhang & Medcoff as a law clerk and continued in that role for the duration of his tenure at the University of Arizona. Also during law school, Alan interned for a year in Tucson at the Southern Arizona White Collar and Criminal Enterprise section of the Office of the Attorney General.

 

Originally from Indiana, Alan graduated from Goshen College with a Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry. Alan also spent several years working in the construction industry prior to beginning his legal education.

 

In his practice, Alan strives to fully understand each of his client’s needs, and his diverse background—both within and without the legal field—grants him a unique perspective and pragmatic approach to resolving any issues faced by his clients.
