Robert Garcia is a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR professionals navigating complex workplace and operational challenges. As an equity partner of the firm, Robert brings firsthand experience as a business owner to his practice, delivering practical, responsive counsel that aligns legal strategy with real-world business objectives.

 

Robert focuses his practice on employment compliance issues, dispute resolution, and litigation. He works proactively with executives and human resources teams to identify and mitigate risk, advising on recruiting and onboarding practices, workplace investigations, accommodations, performance management, discipline, and planned separations. When claims arise, he defends employers before administrative agencies and the courts in cases arising from alleged discrimination, wage and hour compliance issues, retaliation, disability and leave issues, and wrongful termination.

 

In addition to his employment-related work, Robert represents businesses in commercial disputes, partnership and shareholder litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and serves various clients as outside general counsel.

 

Robert earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona. He is admitted to practice in Arizona state courts and multiple federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
