Robert regularly practices before the various courts and state and federal administrative agencies whose jurisdiction covers employment matters. Robert has successfully represented clients in matters relating to the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), the Arizona Civil Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Arizona Employment Protection Act, amongst various other laws and regulations commonly at issue in employment concerns. Robert assists clients at every stage of the employment relationship from compliant recruitment and onboarding, to arranging for amicable separations, and everything in between.
Robert is an accomplished litigator who represents clients not only in employment-related lawsuits, but also in litigation relating to business and commercial matters, partnership disputes, shareholder derivative disputes, personal injury (direct and retained defense) disputes, and probate litigation matters.
